The SmartService™ Advantage

As your independent service lab, knowing under what conditions you're using your devices can, in many cases, radically increase the accuracy and performance and overall consistency of your devices.

A Key Difference Between Us And Manufacturers

Manufacturers must prepare all of their devices, en masse, to meet a wide range and variety of conditions. With the exception of devices prepared for specific tools, most are manufactured without prior knowledge of who is going to be using them, and under what specific conditions.

By default will always do the same, insuring that your devices perform according to manufacturers spec. Under our SmartService™ plan, however, we can produce a more fine tuned device using your process parameters.  Why? Because in addition to manufacturers' specs, your process paramaters, such as actual process set points used, pressures, ambient temperatures, etc., become part of our calibration procedure for that device.

Example 1:

If a manufacturer specifies an operating pressure of 10-45psig, but if we know in advance that you're using the device at 30psig, under our [free] SmartService™ plan, this becomes part of our tailored lab procedure that particular device.

Example 2:

If a manufacturer specifies a 1% of Full Scale linearity and accuracy curve for a device, but if we know in advance the actual set points you're using, under our [again, free] SmartService™ plan, these set points also become part of our lab procedure that particular device.

How To Take Advantage

The procedure is very simple.

1) For individual devices, just fill out our SmartService™ tag when sending the MFC in for repair.  That's it!  As much or as little information as you deem relevant, we will follow.  Wherever no information is given, we will, by default, calibrate and service the device to manufacturer's specs, as always.  The more specific you get, however, the more we will be able to drill down and custom service the device to your more exact specifications.

2) For multiple devices - even all your devices, request an audit! We're more than happy to gather information in advance, and we'll keep it all on record and up to date.

THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR OUR SMART SERVICE.
