		Mass Flow Controller Continuous Improvement Program This program is designed to aid with the tracking, performance, and overall support of Mass Flow Controllers (MFC's) within the facility. By developing tighter control standards, analytical data can be provided regarding failure mechanisms to assist with reduction of downtime. Inventory control issues that cause lost production time can be addressed as well. The intention of the program is to create a higher degree of reliability and accuracy ensuring a more robust process with greater overall yield.
