TARGET OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LAMINAR TECHNOLOGIES

24 HOUR SERVICE
To properly staff and stock our facility. To provide around the clock service and "just-in-time" availability of every MFC.

MONTHLY REPORTS
To gather critical data relating to all MFC's sent to us for servicing. To provide monthly reports which detail failure modes and types of services performed for repair. Conducting failure analysis to include with reports to help detect the existence of common trends which lead to potential failure. Compiling mean time between failures, mean time between repairs, etc.

TECHNICAL TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE
To provide training opportunities for all technicians, engineers and other technically related personnel involved with the troubleshooting, diagnosis, and analysis of flow related problems.

CUSTOM "IN-HOUSE" INVENTORY CONTROL
To help develop Mass Flow Controller inventory requirements by assisting with MAX/MIN usage level tracking. Maintain sufficient stock on-hand, and to purge or update any outdated MFC's for optimum performance, reliability and accuracy.

CUSTOMIZED -per- MFC/SYSTEM/PROCESS SERVICE
To maintain and adhere to a continuously updated master database, containing all data pertinent to each MFC within its parent system(s), such as:

- Set-Point Conditions and Response Times Needed for Each Process
- Environmental Variables
(I.E., Ambient Temperatures/Pressures)
- Gas Variables (I.E., Mixture Ratios, Types, Gas Temperatures, Inlet/Differential Pressures)
- Jungle Configuration Variables (I.E., Mounting Attitudes, Fitting Types, Vibration Susceptibility,
Electrical/Physical Compatibility Parameters, Etc.)

We gather all data which includes calibration processes and procedures to provide MFC's tailored for top performance and custom application. We also provide MFC-to-MFC "swap-out" compatibility for almost any system.
